Blaze Blaze is inspired by the classic Russian card game, Durak, which is known worldwide. Players must cleverly strategize to rid themselves of their cards, but the twist lies in the constantly shifting alliances. On each turn, the active player teams up with the second next player, creating dynamic and unpredictable partnerships. In the end, the player who collects the most magical feathers claims victory. The rules are easy to learn but full of depth. Challenge the next player by playing cards of the same number. They can counter your challenge by playing higher cards, rejecting your play. Together with your ally, you can escalate the challenge by adding more cards of any number already on display. If successful, the challenged player must take all the cards played; if not, all those cards are removed from the game. As the draw pile depletes, the tension rises—who will be the first to clear their hand? Inspired by the folklore of the legendary firebird, Blaze takes players into a forest full of secrets where clever tactics and a touch of luck will determine who emerges victorious.
