Scopa Scopa is a traditional Italian card game played in regions of Italy for over 400 years. The game is played with a 40-card Italian deck (similar to a conventional deck minus either the 8s, 9s, and 10s or alternatively, the Js, Qs, and Ks). Four-player games are usually played in partnership; other numbers of players typically play for themselves. Scopa is a competitive card-capture game for 2 to 4 players, played in any number of rounds. Once a player has reached 11 points, he wins the game. On your turn, play 1 card from your hand in the center of the table to capture others. Obtain majorities and make scopa to score as many points as possible.
